Struggling with swallowing or food getting stuck? Diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis? If you have been diagnosed with eosinophilic esophagitis (EoE), a condition that can cause difficulty swallowing or food getting stuck, we would like to hear from you. We are inviting a small number of people to take part in a one-to-one online interview to share their opinions on an online survey. This research study is to better understand how people living with EoE feel about different treatment options. What’s involved: • A relaxed, one-to-one discussion about an online survey that you will complete during the interview • No preparation required As a thank you, you will be compensated if you qualify and complete the interview. Have you been diagnosed with Hammertoe (HMT)? We are recruiting interview participants with a diagnosis of hammertoe (HMT) for a research study. The purpose of the study is to get your opinion on questionnaires that assess symptoms and impacts of HMT. No medication or treatment is involved in this study. Your participation in this study is voluntary. We are interested in your experiences and opinions. If you are eligible and complete the interview, you will be compensated for your time. Have your say in IBD research. Adults living with Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis are invited to take part in a confidential research study looking at healthcare access and experiences. Participation involves a one-time online survey. Taking part is voluntary, all responses will be kept confidential, and participants who complete the survey will receive compensation for their time. We are recruiting up to 30 adults who are overweight or obese with symptoms of food noise to participate in an in-depth interview. We are working with a drug company that is developing new weight-loss medicines and would like to learn more about people’s experience of food noise and cravings. Eligible individuals will be asked to take part in an online interview over Zoom or the telephone. Each participant who qualifies and participates in an interview will be compensated for their time. During the individual interviews, participants will be asked questions about their experiences with food noise, including symptoms and impacts they may experience. Participants will then be asked to review and provide feedback on 2 questionnaires that may be used in future clinical trials. If time permits, participants will also be asked to review and provide feedback on a series of individual questions (up to 4) about symptom severity and change in symptoms. We are looking for adults (aged 18 years or older) who are: • Diagnosed with opioid use disorder, • On buprenorphine for 3-12 months and previously used any type of opioid (e.g., heroin, fentanyl or prescription) • Willing to take part in a research interview (via a web-assisted telephone platform, e.g., Microsoft Teams) in English. The purpose of the interview is to explore your experience of living with opioid use disorder, and to review some questionnaires that may be used in future studies. Participation is entirely voluntary, and your personal information would be kept confidential (unless illegal activities are reported). You would be compensated for your time taking part.

We are looking for adults (aged 21 years or older) who are: • Diagnosed with alcohol use disorder • Seeking or taking treatment for alcohol use disorder or in active contact with healthcare services (including therapy, counselling or support groups) • Not in full remission (recovery) • Willing to take part in a research interview (via a web-assisted telephone platform, e.g., Microsoft Teams) in English. The purpose of the interview is to explore your experience of living with alcohol use disorder, and to review some questionnaires that may be used in future studies. Participation is entirely voluntary, and your personal information would be kept confidential (unless illegal activities are reported).You would be compensated for your time taking part.

We are conducting a research study to better understand the experiences of women living with Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) and overweight or obesity. We are looking to speak with women in the United States who: • Have been diagnosed with Stress Urinary Incontinence (SUI) or Mixed Urinary Incontinence (MUI), also known as leaking pee by accident • Have a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 27 kg/m² or higher • Are willing to take part in an online interview conducted in English. Participation is entirely voluntary. Any personal information you provide will be kept strictly confidential and used only for research purposes. As a thank you for your time and contribution, eligible participants who complete the interview will be compensated.
